★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I contacted Vicky, I was in a period of transition. I knew what I should do but I was blocked. I didn't feel ready to challenge my life. I used to procrastinate everything and had not much self-confidence. I took the Dreambuilder course and had a one hour coaching session per week during 3 months with Vicky.
I really liked the content of the audio course because it reminded me some keys to keep a good mindset. Yet I still couldn't figure out where I wanted to go in my life. And that's where the sessions with Vicky had a real plus value.
Vicky is a generous and inspiring person, a talented coach. All along the process she guided me with patience and optimism. She shared her own experience, which helped me a lot. Little by little she helped me to take away the anxiety and to be more compassionate with myself. She also gave me a few useful recommendations that changed my daily life.
Now I take actions. I trust the process and I am open to every possibilities. I can say that I became a better version of myself, thanks to this coaching. And I can still go back to the key points of the course when needed.

I have engaged with Vicky on and off over the past three years; at last my most persistent bad habits are 'mostly' sorted :) such a good place to be. I am more settled than I have been for a long time including my work hours and terms sitting balanced. I have a lot to thank Vicky for, she has worked with me since my sister died through all the ups and downs of a life in transition and is likely to be a part of my life for some time yet - on and off. Yes I recommend Vicky if you are serious about putting the work in.
