It's not amazing but if you're craving for some Vietnamese food you won't be disappointed. The mains are decently priced with good portions.
If you're out with some friend, they have an eat-all-you-can steam boat option too.
Would recommend this restaurant if you're in the Papatoetoe area and fancying some Vietnamese cuisine for dinner or quick takeaway lunch for work.

β β β β β Food was brought out very quickly. Service was nice. Food was delicious. Vietnamese coffee was not as strong as back in Vietnam and ice was too thick but that's normal for NZ. I would go back again. But not for the coffee. Lol

β β β β β We love Vietnam Gourmet. Steamboat is so awesome, so many great options to eat. Its great how everything is included for the one price. Im sure ordering off the menu is good, but we always opt for steamboat.

β β β β β Food is great. Handmade dumplings. Great selection of ingredients for hot pot buffet. Itβs really great for small group as only small pot so easy to overflow so if in ur group like spicy n some donβt would be problem. Lol.

β β β β β This has been our go to place for over 21 years. They have never disappointed. The energy is lively. service prompt and food authentic. Recommend you try it out youβll keep coming back. Steam boat all you can eat a vast range hot and cold foods including drinks n dessert. A place to bring friends and family and chat n eat.
