★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only dealt on line but have found the service exceptional. Do what they say they will and seem to care abour customers. Records arrive on time & properly packaged. Prices are always competitive. New web site a great improvement. I have purchased new & used vinyl & happy with both. The only possible improvement would be a grading system for vinyl. Though they say there is nothing advertised below vg unless noted, & my experience backs this up, sometimes I'm looking for an excellent copy of an item & you cannot tell from the web site. That said they have been helpful & honest when I have rung to enquire condition & I have never received an item that wasn't good value for the condition it was received in.
