Excellent service given and Maile allowed me ample time to try and test and try on again, different glasses to ensure I chose the pair that suited my needs and that I loved, given that this was my first time not settling for $15 night market glasses lol...

My new pair of glasses are fantastic. That's why I travel from Austalia to Palmerston North for my Optometry appointments. A big shout out to Maile, Keith and the amazing team. It is all to often for a business to rush things at the expense of proper service and interaction with the customer. The level of knowledge of their products enabled me to make proper decisions about my needs. Thanks to the staff for the experience.

β β β β β I really enjoyed my experience with Visique Eye Spy. The staff were all very knowlegeable and professional and made me feel at ease straight away. I have not had my eyes checked for a while but they took me through the process and I felt taken care of the whole way. I was unsure with which glasses would suit best but they helped me get the perfect ones! Received two sets of glasses really quickly and the quality is great. Great experience, great outcome. Thanks Maile, Keith and the Visique Eye Spy team!

Edit: the below response is inaccurate and fails to address any of the issues brought up. Eye Spy did in fact falsely flag the last one-star review they received on this platform, making them dishonest. They are also obviously overpriced, and I don't need to be on their 'records' for that criticism to be legitimate.
Second edit: Eye Spy claims this review has 'no bearing on this current practice' even though this review is specifically talking about the current practice and has nothing to do with previous interactions I've had with the last management.
To Eye Spy: *Your management* is taking down reviews. Stop passing the blame just because you don't have a record of me recently entering your premises.
Third edit: also, nice work violating patient privacy and publishing details about my age online. Good job.

They ended up being able to price match the online price for my contact lenses needed, which is good is I would like to support a local business and will buy them there in the future. I wanted some Rayban frames which they didn't supply, and it was no problem to get a copy of my prescription to purchase elsewhere.
