Very knowledgable about the shoes that he has and what is appropriate given any old injuries , support requirements etc. Only had one pair of shoes that I had to take back years ago which weren't quite right and as promised swopped them out for another pair that were perfect. Would highly recommend using if you want to get a decent pair of shoes that you know are suitable for your feet.
