★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently got Kerasilk Treatment done at Vivo Hair Salon , I was treated very well and the over all experience of my visit was good - however not super satisfied with the results of the treatment . Apparently the treatment reduces frizz and makes hair more manageable - but it did nothing of what it promised - please see attached photos . After spending 3 hours ,199$ on treatment and another 100$ worth of shampoo and conditioner - this is how my hair looks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived to the carpark, and promptly had a call from an employee saying that she was working with another client and no longer had time for my appointment. She suggested rescheduling to another day (but I had already booked my afternoon off work) so that was not a feasible option). Unimpressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to say my daughter would be late for her appointment if she was still to come in I was told by person on the phone that it would be fine they would make it happen. Unfortunately was another 10 minutes late as had difficulty finding the place and a park daughter gets in the door to be told they won't be making it happen after all. Should of told us that when I first called, waste of time.

They are always so kind, caring and just genuinely intrested (which can be hard to find these days). Absolutely love the work you all do and thank you for always looking after me ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly wish there was a 10 star option! Alexa is THEE BEST. She has treated my hair so beautifully every time I've been into visit her, you'd think that by the confidence and quality, she would've been doing this for years. I hope to keep her as my stylist for many years to come x

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really awesome salon with friendly staff, attention to detail, competitive prices, flexible and accomodating services and even lots of parking! Tracey runs it so well and everyone's work is of the same high quality standard. These ladies take a lot of pride in their work and it shows; flawless colour, healthy locks and vibrant hair!
