Had a free consultation and a very good professional advice from "TP", plus a bonus of 20 mins LED light therapy. She's very hospitable and willing to help with anything you need for your skin care. She'll advice you what to do in a proper way to get a much better result rather than spending more money that is not necessary. I will definitely recommend TP to my family and friends in the whole Hawkes Bay region. She is a very professional therapist that knows all her stuffs.

Way over priced especially for the value of the hair cut will never go back their again. Have rebooked with another salon ( same day)to fix it. Very unhappy.

Such a disappointing experience: 1)Asked for a balayage and barely got any highlights, 2)asked for a face framing and didn't get it at all. 3) asked if they could thin out my hair since it's very thick. I only got it around the crown and only because I asked for it with insistance at the end or it would have just never happened. But the worst is when I left the hair salon with totally WET hair because quoting "it's raining so it makes no sense drying your hair"... Omg what? Yes I do natural and towel drying at home but the reason why I am going to a salon is to have my hair looked after.

I had the Blonde Package off Grab One with Brooke today. Loved the end result, was exactly what I asked for and the service was great. Communication the whole way through of what I wanted and if I was happy with what she was doing made it so easy. Super friendly and will definitely be back again! Thank you:-)

Good afternoon, today I did my hair on vivo napier. I asked for blond hair and came out with orange hair. Horrible. I told the girl that the time she let the product act would not fix well, but she uses bleach as hair dye, each hair has a reaction she cannot use a "formula" to bleach her hair just because I was in a hurry to go although, I marked my hair for a Tuesday because it is exactly the day the salon should close later. In short I paid for a service that was not done properly and I want repair.

Ok! So I have been too many hair dressers throughout my life!..... I'm 34yrs of age!! And in all seriousness..... When are these kind of hair dressers going to get the education around "CUSTOMER SERVICE" as Iv worked in the retail industry a very long time now in this day in age '2021'.. If the customer is paying for these Services then it is only right that "You give the customer what they are paying for!!! Literally asking for a cut & color to consistently be told why it's not a good idea or they don't want to do what I asked of them... I felt like I had to justify myself just to get what I wanted.. Even then the hairdresser wasn't happy! Iv had short shaven hair for a very long time Not 1 hairdresser has ever told me it looks to 'aggressive'????‍♀️ I'm just absolutely mind blown of this kind of character in a time like now. Every hairdresser is different YES! & the industry is huge. This salon needs some serious training! Because I'm not rich, $149 obviously using afterpay which is the upside but to be Welcomed & addressed in such way paying that kind of money does not come likely!!!..Anyone would've thought that your workers paid for it! They need to put their needs aside & focus more on the cares of the customer "Helping them, Guiding them! because not everyone thinks alike or the same. Each customer is very different & that should be "A priority"... Especially in such a big industry! I feel so stink leaving this review ? and I only pray for good things in the coming future moving forward.

Disappointing experience ! Got a hair colour with styling with Jasmine . Although the colour I selected looked good the texture of the hair till date is frizzy n tough( I have been doing highlights for almost ten years now Never had this kind of hair texture which probably is due to the brand of hair colour used here) Also , I had booked for a layered cut ehich jasmine clearly did not know how to do and this was accepted by her after mutilating my hair at the end of the haircut and I was booked in again for julie( free of cost - which they feel was a damage repair) .Julie was good and did a good job at styling the mutilated hair, however the texture still remains horrible. Julie has suggested for going in for another hair treatment to correct it but after the horrific experience , I am hesitant to put my money again. When tried to contact the contact centre at Auckland regarding the service the response was very unwelcoming. Would never recommend anyone . I think vivo should first train their hair stylists well on hair treatments before putting them out for providing services and should learn to own up their faults and least be honest with their clients. All in all disappointing experience ?

Jazmyne was great. She knows what shes doing and has a great passion for the job. She did my hair very good and I am very pleased with the service. Just a bummer I couldn't leave a tip via card. But I'll do that next time ?
