★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though I was disappointed with my frizzy hair after the Kerasilk treatment, when I lodged a complaint with genuine pics, the whole amount was refunded back to me in a single day, which I think is a good quality. Yes, sometimes the treatment may not work, but trust is more important after all ! Anyway, Thanks for the refund!

She was wonderfully patient as she explained to me how my next balayage treatment would work best for me - I have had this process before but needed reassuring about the best way to tackle next approach. Grace was patient and didn't mind my endless questions. I feel very confident that I will be having most competent and professional service.
