As you can see from photos, Dee changed my look, made me feel beautiful, pampered me & the salon itself so cute, love the teacup & lights ? plus Dee gives the most outstanding customer service?

I got half head highlights done, but couldn't see any difference to my look before, after telling the hairdresser that I can't see a change, she told me I would see it outside, after leaving the salon. Never heard anything like that before in my life. Usually you should see it straight away, doesn't matter if in- or outside. After coming home, even my partner asked me if I haven't been to the hairdresser, because I looked the same as before, he even advised me to go and get my money back. Which is not really a compliment for a good hairdresser. In the end I wasted 3.5 hours and 185 $. Pretty sad, because I was hoping to find a great hairsalon here, after seeing the good reviews..
