Came to get a mobile connection on Dec 24th around 4:00pm. On Google, it said that they are open until 5:00pm. But close before 4:00pm and I was disappointed.
Please next time update correctly if you close early and this will save your customers time and of course this makes better customer relationship and more business for you.
I came again on 27th, and staff was very friendly and did my connection very quick. Not rush and very convenient atmosphere. So I give you 5* rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in wish a simple android tech question and they didnt even know the basics of how to use the phone. Also chatted to other people while I waited for them to tell me they dont know. Why make me wait 20 mins to then send me off satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in with a friend today as she had been having issues with the phone she purchased last week. I had tried it and like her had big problems swiping and locating things. She is an older lady and only needed a basic phone which she had. What astounded me was the patronizing way and intimidating way she was spoken too as if because she had grey hair she was a 2 year old. After the man 'assisting' her played with the phone, deleting all the photos in the process and saying how slow it was, he became more mellow.
The outcome, I believe as I was unable to go back with her later when she returned he box, was that it was the ' memory card' transferred from her other phone must have had a virus and just bad luck , there was nothing wrong with the phone. I believe at this stage she said some very colourful things about Vodafone and the service and I can hardly blame her. I wish I was there I would have recorded it on video , the way she was treated.
Come on Vodofone, no matter how small or large the purchase, no matter how young or old the person, they do not deserve to be patronized and looked down on. Her question was " .. I am having trouble swiping between my photos and I didn't have that problem with my other phone .. is something missing ? " Margaret Burgess

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very frustrated to say the least, first of all don't tell people to come back in 15 minutes and then close the shop secondly your hours state open till 5:30pm not 5:00pm. Complete joke and I am now without a work phone because of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a bit of a luddite so was left confused and shafted by another shop in Cambridge. The young lady in the vodafone store was very pleasant and helpful. She ensured i was sorted with my new phone. Excellent service. Didn't get her name but she was wearing greenstone. I will bypass the middle shop and go directly to the vodafone store next time. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer Beware! Especially vulnerable seniors who may be taken advantage of and sold more expensive products than they want or need. Extremely unhelpful and uncaring store manager. I’ve never posted an unflattering review before but I recommend you shop elsewhere to avoid disappointment.
