About Voyager Internet

We are aware of some people being targeted by phishing scammers in the form of fake invoice emails pretending to be from Voyager. When the attachment on one of these fake invoice emails is opened, users are being prompted to enter a username and password. Entering this information allows the scammers to collect information.

If you have received one of these emails, please DO NOT open the invoice or enter any credentials, and simply delete the email immediately. If you have entered credentials, change your passwords immediately and enable two-factor authentication where available.

This is a strictly external phishing attempt that is replicating Voyager invoices and targeting external mailing lists. All Voyager systems and data are secure, and no breach was detected on our end.

Very confusing and unclear website. I went through the process of cancelling my account and the emails i received were not helpful and did not answer my questions about whether there were early termination fees or not - even when i rang and talked to someone they still couldn't tell me clearly how it all worked. Quite useless.

I am an old Actrix customer, they were the best company I have ever had dealings with. I have to admit, when I first learnt, they had been sold and were now to be called Voyager, I was β€œbeside myself”! β€œSo far so good”, things have remained much the same. The customer service, which for me, is what it’s all about, has always been and has remained exemplary! My father, β€œput me on to” Actrix many years ago, when they were just starting off. On the occasions, I have required customer support, I am always grateful, that all those years ago my Dad insisted I should make the move, and β€œto shut him up, I did!! I most highly recommend Voyager Internet to all who will listen, you will not be disappointed. Voyager, keep up the great work, you have very big shoes to fill, so far you are doing exactly that. Hi I would like to place a rave review towards the technical support staff, in particular Ronaldo who assisted me yesterday when my internet had disconnected. I am not at all technically minded and he guided me through resetting my router and changing some online settings. He was patient, polite and clear on his instructions the entire time and of huge assistance. I hope this can be passed on to his team. Thanks, Victoria

I originally joined Actrix and was happy for many years until Voyager took over. They charged me for local calls, which we do not pay for. Each time I asked about these fees there was always some excuse...even said it was my phone that did it. I found another provider.

Just had a phone session with one of Voyager's help desk people, Rafael Martinez. A very tricky problem - trying to add an Actrix email account to an Android tablet, with Google blocking every attempt to get the machine to accept anything except Gmail. With great tenacity, as well as patience and good humour, he persevered until the problem was, not quite solved, but effectively side-stepped. A pleasure to deal with. A++ for efficiency and customer relations. He deserves a beer!
