★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems like they need more staff, or training on how to speed up there customer interactions. The three staff all were sorting customers out. One of which seemed to be taking about family connections with his customer for all the time I was waiting. Two other guys were waiting with me. After about 20 minutes or waiting I couldn't wait any longer and walked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What absolute rubbish service I have received from this outfit I have been an customer for a year or so now I decide to upgrade my plan and get a new phone well I went to the store on Thursday heard apart from the girl had sent through the wrong plan and needed to send an email from my email address so I let her Friday rolled round nothing back from your store went back in on Saturday went through same thing heard nothing went back Monday again filled out new application was told won't take more then 30minutes to sort out then finally heard back today after several emails back and forth I was told the problem was nthe wrong bank statements were sent out.. I was not sent out any messages or told bankstatements not to mention the poorley worded email for vodaphone ended up getting so frustrated I cancelled the deal So i sent through an email on Monday after you told me to heard nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Saturday my phone decided to lock itself and wanted a password. No clue what the password is so went into the voda shop for some help. Simon was awesome and showed great resilience, problem solving skills and persistence. After 45 mins of battling with the Samsung website, changing Sim cards etc..we finally got there. Massive thanks to him and even though he's never done this before...every day is a school day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to purchase a new iPhone and get my husband sign up with Vodafone. Absolute disengaged could not care less customer service. I actually popped to spark next door post buying my phone to get a screen cover and the service was outstanding!! The guy checked I had everything I needed to set up my new phone… was I aware the charger piece was not included ? No I wasn’t . So I purchased from him. He asked if I knew how to set up my phone .. was really excited for me about the new phone purchase and I left spending almost $200 more on extras. I strongly suggest your team do some research or get some better training into what customer care looks like.

I went in to get some help, and stood in line for 20 minutes before I left.
2 Team Members, both busy, and a manager who seemed to be more interested with his back room. The 2 Team were constantly in and out of the back "Checking with the manager," until they just didn't return. After 5 minutes with all the staff out the back, I left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend going to the Cuba street Vodafone for all your needs! The manager is so lovely, he is also the most helpful human. The other staff are also helpful and very nice. Every time I go in my service is incredible. I am still with Vodafone because of the service I get. Thanks so much!
