Superb customer service? Needed a WOF, went to a few places but were busy, glad they were otherwise we wouldnt have ended up at VTNZ Avondale. The lady at the counter was funny and friendly, the boys working on the cars/trucks knew their role and also friendly. Awesome team & will now bring my cars here from now on. Although bit steep for a WOF but the work they put in is worth it. Thanks guys!!!

Took my car in for a WOF inspection, after inspection I have been told it failed on window tint, as I did my WOF with VTNZ for the pass 3 years and it never had the problem, I asked why this wasn’t an issue for the last 2 years he couldn’t tell me why, only told me if I change the vehicle class from MA to MC then the problem will be solved and I have to go to Avondale to get it done. I only found out later on it can’t be done… So I went to Avondale VTNZ which I did my WOF with the same car a few years ago, after waited for an hour, the inspector who finally talked to me was RUDE, once I told him my problem all he told me is that it’s not his problem, he is not willing to help or provide solution for me, when I asked why was it missed in the first 2 inspections with VTNZ he said it’s not HE who did it, I mean sure I get that but couldn’t he at least be polite and professional about the matter instead of keeping β€œit’s not my problem?” Is that the customer service VTNZ stands for? My issue is: window tint is a rule, yet a lot of cars have same or darker window tint than my car, if it’s a safety issue why was it not picked up when I did my previous inspections? Why am I driving an unsafe vehicle with my family for the past 3 years? Its not acceptable to say β€œthey don’t always check” or β€œit’s note who did it” as a WOF inspector. if it’s not a safety issue and inspector β€œsometimes” inspect it because they feel like it, why am I being punished for what other people are not?

Very happy and pleased with the exceptional and professional quality service from Kate. Friendly staff & prompt service once I reached the front of queue. Can get v. busy, but that's no surprise on a weekend, especially. No WOF issues this time for my car, but overheard another fail assessment that was relayed & received well. Good stuff.

Very friendly staff. Mike was able to kindly tell me what was wrong with my car and was able to give me suggestions on where to go to get it fixed. People in the office were also very pleasant to talk to. There is a waiting room. Although it can be a bit hot inside, the staff were so nice that I didn't mind.
