★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They supposed to adjust my headlights as stated in their website but struggled to do and said they were too busy so I had to go somewhere and paid $28 and go back again for recheck. Too much hassle for a working person! If I am just allowed to borrow the headlight alignment tool, I can easily do it myself. It's just a matter of rotating the adjustment screws. They didn't top up the brake fluid as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am making a complaint around the opening & closing hours. On the website it says 7:30-5pm, I rung that day, in the afternoon, to confirm of the time, it says 5pm close? Which I recieved from the lady over the phone, yes that was correct. So I turned up at 4:30pm just to get a warrant on a general station wagon. Then I was told that they can not do my car due to the sign said "last car" in front of us. No other cars were there only mine, and the car in front of me. The lady also said they close the shop at 3:30pm sometimes depending on how many cars there is? Again today no lines of cars any where, only my car and 1 other car already being seen that was there. She also mentioned it takes 20min for them to check my car? Remember I arrived at 4:30pm so 20min off that leaves 10min left?That there is false advertising on the website and on the signs that are plastered everywhere on the building. This issue needs to be fixed. Social media is a beautiful tool to use. Just remeber customers pay your bills. And best service goes along way too.

After waiting in the queue for at least half an hour, I was turned away because I was not vaccinated and did not have a mask. I have a legit exemption which I provided but for some reason that was against policy. I was alone in my car with the lady talking outside. I had no reason to be in close contact with anyone. I only had to go inside to pay, but that could easily have been avoided if there was a mobile terminal or I could sit in my car and use mobile banking.
I came back the next day, (only because it was 3 days before Christmas and all other places were booked) with a mask and had rude service from the same lady but polite service from the mechanics. There was no need for a mask, or to make me wear one for policy, I only entered the premises to pay, and everything was clinical and set up for social distancing. I let VTNZ know of my experience through their win $500 promotion. I got a long automated return with no apology or care about losing me as a customer. Disrespectful customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give zero if I could, super unprofessional, guy forgot to add that I need new brake pads on the wof sheet which I then replaced myself and found that they definitely did not need replacing, also didn’t adjust the headlight angle which it says vtnz do online. Would not recommend going here
