β β β β β Was there for almost 3 hours to get a warrant. Cuatomer service was far from friendly. This is outrageous especially considering there was only 3 cars ahead of me. I recommend you go elsewhere

β β β β β (reception) The most Horrible bunch of woman I've ever met in my life, they are rude, snap at customers and I've literally witnessed one of them make this young lady run back n forth filling out unnecessary forms until she broke and cried.bad service n bad place. Do not go here if you have issues with your mental health

β β β β β Great service, once we got served. Wait time was excessive as only 2 staff on in office, which was sad, considering the amount of people. Plus i think the driving tests should be in a seperate area to main office. There were two guys having tests, and with all the people in the office area, we noticed they found it hard to concentrate. The blonde lady could do with some training on people skills ? just saying ? ither than that, Gizzy VTNZ is great.

β β β β β 2/3 of the staff were very rude! There is only one table to fill forms out that has trays on it so can only accomodate 1 person at a time. The poor girls trying to sit their licence, itβs so noisey and busy. Both girls failed in the time that I was waiting.

β β β β β 2 hour wait in the hot sun was unpleasant but staff were lovely and my car passed!!!!
I think the wait is due to the other place is closed. Maybe an appointment time should be employed or more shade while you wait? I still praise how pleasant all the staff were.

β β β β β What is going on I've been trying to ring and no answer. It doesn't matter what time I call yous aren't picking up. Please sort it out it's hard to come down there park up and ask the question as you don't have anywhere to park ??? annoyed
