★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The intructor Kay k is rude and not happy to seeing me coming from auckland to do my full test because of corona cases in auckland as there are no dates available in auckland and I need to move to Australia. She only took me for 5 mins drive and failed me without any appropriate reason. This is unacceptable behavior and aucklanders are part of newzealand and can freely travel wherever they want to according to covid guidelines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The instructor failed my partner full class 1 test on Hazard detection and Response but when intructor asked my partner about hazards she did tell her all hazards like car at back and coming on both direction on stop sign. Intructor is unethical, rude and told my partner that why u people coming from Auckland here it's corona. She only takes 5 mins test and bring her back . This is definitely not professional.
