β β β β β Workers are not in a rush actually think they don't want a job.... 1.5 hrs in que behind 4 cars then come back for recheck of 2 new tyres back in the line for 2 hrs .... not coming back.
Dont ask for me to fill in feedback on your website you should send in some mystery shoppers to see how bad the service is

β β β β β Ignorant. Lacks communication skills big time. Didn't tell me until we had sat in the queue for 45 minutes and only one car had gone through from both lanes that they were short staffed. Learned this is typical of the place. Care less customer service. Don't waste your time. You only get one life. Go elsewhere.

β β β β β Sat my full licence here and had awesome service from start to finish. Showed up first thing in the morning and was greeted by a lovely lady. Even though I was 30 mins early, she gave me the paper work to fill in the car while I waited and even gave me some tips, along with a bit of encouragement before I went back to my car. The lovely Emily was my driving instructor. She was very nice and so professional from the start. During the drive Emily gave clear instructions, was polite and helped calm the nerves. At the end she provided sound constructive advice about my driving. Thank you all so much! Very happy customer
