★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kahu was amazing. We brought our house privately. The vendor was clueless about whole situation. Kahu explained everything to us and gave us fixed price for our legal fees. He explained all our options to us so we were clear about the advantages and disadvantages of each. When we purchased we knew were weren't exposed to incessantly risk or costs and now knew what we wanted down the track too. Kahu provided us with the documents we needed to make the purchase and Lois his colleague walked us through the whole process. She was patient, really took care of our best interests. It never felt like a pain contacting Kahu or Lois and they were both so quick to respond. I can highly recommended choosing Wackrow Williams & Davies as your lawyers.
