★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant sales staff. Wouldn't listen when we said we weren't interested in the latest model and told us we wanted the latest. Also didn't engage with me, only my husband as I think he assumed because I was female I wouldn't know what they're talking about. Was preparing to purchase a brand new car but they lost our sale.
