Older but roomy accommodation. Clean and all you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service awesome for family and for 2 and groups, just be mindful with toddlers and stairs they have a safety gate @ top of stairway awesome idea, 2mins walk to town reception also recommend idea of activity RSA was the best choice for dinning in, pool and Spa shallow just right for youth kids decking not the greatest but there is a sign so A+ will return again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly insulated, drafty, kitchen unusable with filthy dishes in it, no oven despite saying it came with one, beds too soft, shower absolutely awful with zero pressure and WiFi totally unusable. Don't waste your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our group (4 adults) stayed in the Family Room with Balcony for a night. Very spacious unit, well equipped kitchen, good parking and convenient location. Beds super soft, not my preference, but fine for a night. Never interacted with staff, but check in and check out was easy. Spa wasn't heated which was a little disappointing. Would stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my partner stayed here for a night. We had a lovely nights sleep, it was cosy and warm. It was hygienic and clean! Would 100% recommend! 10/10 customer service; I left my phone in the room and the owner kindly drove out to me to return it - really appreciate it! Thanks Waiheke Island Motel!
