★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't even rate it cause it's so disgusting, the staff is gross, the pools, the facilities everything was disgusting. The old lady there is rude, yells over the mic then abuses you at the shop when you ask why use overpriced when everything is dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's sad to see the state the place is in today as opposed to when I was a kid. Leave It to the locals lol. Its good for a quick dip and out, but that's if you're keen on the drive to get there.

A bright and cheerful signage refresh at low cost could help bring the vibe back for me, but hey, the kids can do manus in the pool!? so does anyone else care, or is it just me! View from the carpark is spectacular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest lady I have ever come across...Girl, you really need to get a fresh face in there who KNOWS how to show some respect and ACTUAL customer service. I used to come here as a kid, and the place has soooo much potential! It's actually sad to see our beloved pools getting ran right into the ground!!! It won't be long b4 it gets closed down for good, and it seems on purpose...Sad, Sad state!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was good 30 years ago, but I am sorry to say now run down, needs everything refurbishing. Cleaning painting updating. Tidying up everywhere. This is not just us but everyone we have spoken to say the same thing. Ok I know CV19 has hit tourists spots. But come on surely that's the time to spruce up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ False advertising and expensive. I am very disappointed with the facilities. This was definitely not worth my money. We were really excited to experience its offers, but we were greatly disappointed as soon as we arrived .As advertised, the hot springs looked clean and well looked after, but in reality the facilities were very old and worn out, broken and dangerous. Yes the pool is warm and hot as mentioned, however, due the place rotting, many equipment and parts of the place were broken and posed danger. In addition, a few of the mentioned facilities in the advertisement were rather missing or unusable due to its rotting state.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed my stay here for a quick little get away. Pools were lovely, clean and warm plus they are open late which is a bonus. Slides were a real out there experience. Yes facilities are dated (seems 1980s) but everything works, plenty of toilets and showers which are clean, plus campsites are spacious. Easy check in and late check out when they are not busy. Was an awesome experience. Totally recommend.
