★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never going back. I went in and was the only customer in there. There were 5 staff members working at the time. 3 were standing around talking about what to do with a display shelf and two chemists were filling prescriptions. I stood at the counter for what felt like 5 mins ( was probably only 2/3) but was not served either way. I stood there looking at the chemists who kept their heads down and looked at the other 3 who continued talking about the display shelves. I had my 5month old with me at the time- and yes they knew I was there. I ended up walking out. What terrible customer service. How hard is it for one of the 5 staff members to sort a customer out. No one even said “hi there, I will be with you in just a minute”. I am getting my partner to pick up my last repeat prescription and will be going elsewhere from now on.

I fully support local business like Wainuiomata Pharmacy who value their customers, know their products, maintain a positive attitude and are always willing to listen and help their customers.
