★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like the service and easy to find what I was looking for , preferred Books wasn't use any computer yet as I only came in to study and love reading, bonus part is teens have their own space in the library to study and used computers avoiding waiting time, love it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considered to be one of the best libraries in suburban Auckland.
The staff are always pleasant and helpful.
It offers numerous services, even to hiring a Librarian to help with special projects.
It is a large place with one floor providing study facilities for students from the next door University of Technology. A special large room is set aside for teenagers and includes computers to help with studying and another floor caters for people who are researching their Family Trees and provides a librarian to assist with this task.
Their lending facilities are superb and they even remind you by email when your books are due.
Certainly one of the best libraries in West Auckland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice friendly staff. Have had lots of interaction with the children's librarians and they're always friendly and helpful toothed budding readers. Never had any problems. Only thing I wish was that the after hours return slot was more exposed and in the open as some people do like to hang around there after hours.
