β β β β β Very helpful Librarians and great service by their staff surely.
The people general Public comes in with full set of hussle and bussle as they can be loud with sweet catch up sessions going on with school young Girls and women, people studying with ear muffs and mumbling and self talking but you can still hear them ...
Please keep the noise at minimum. Itβs Library for a a Reason.
People like me goes their for quiet and peaceful times to get studies done or for printing or scanning jobs.
Please respect others around you !

β β β β β Nice in everything, but it is noisy. Loiters disturbs the others talking loudly. Library staff please put SILENT boards on the desks where news papers and magazine are. We come to library to read or study silently. Those loiters disturbs other readers. They make the place a pub when everybody get together.

β β β β β Good facilities and plenty parking but the staff are always SO rude and unnecessarily complacent in 'helping'. There are certainly more stressful jobs... and also plenty people needing work that would be more gracious in the role. One of the women is flat out hostile, I avoid needing their assistance where ever possible.

β β β β β Excellent library. Even has a ping pong table. Tag along some time. Friendly staff. Phil Golf if you close Auckland libraries due to your own financial crisis then you are no longer trusted in this city.

β β β β β A nice & quiet place to study. But I wish their closing time is 7PM or later for every each day. The place can be noisy at random times, but I often use my earphones to block the noise. The library needs to replace the chairs with adjustable ones, because there are times where I feel the chair's height is too low.

β β β β β Toilets are inside the library, service is friendly and helpful, children's corner is great with coloring in and games. Computers and printers for you to use.

β β β β β From the architectural design perspective, the two big triangle slope roof combine the huge vertical sky windows, and all the geometric shapes of wood beams, they all make visional striking images.
the plenty of soft natural light are thought sky windows into the library.
The furnitures here are lively designed with comfortable fabrics. Functionality, simplicity and design themes can be seen in this library.
The old trees surround this library, they make the nice atmosphere.
