★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First up, the chap did offer me a refund or to make another coffee. But i had asked if the grounds were just ground or not and he said yes; the grounds were so bitter/over extracted/oxidised - im jot sure which. The milk was well overheated - burnt my tongue. I returned the coffee after the first sip. Like i say - reparation was offered and I politely declined, but that coffee should never have been served in the first place.
