The weekend receptionist is rude and was unprofessional, The dentist was arrogant, rude and had no idea what he was doing, I ended up at another dentist to fix his work. I would never go back and if they were the only dentist on earth I would live with the pain for the rest of my life then set foot back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception didn't leave a message for a cancelled appointment and I had taken work off. The main dentist a female has horrible bedside manner during 3 appointments I have had. She also doesn't read pervious notes as always asks same questions about payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because everyone cares, and you know we are all nervous and that makes all the difference, and I absolutely trust whatever my dentist Dr Haval Al-Atroushi tells me I need to do, I know he always has my best interest in mind. I have been going here for nearly 20 years and have no intention of ever changing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really bad experience here the other day. Waited for over 40 mins for my appointment just to go in for 15 mins, be told something that I had read all over google that it might get better come back in three months and paid $$$ for a waste of time consultation. The female dentist spent majority of the time judging how I looked, telling me I was too pretty for all of my piercings, told me to stick my younger out and NEVER get it pierced and then wouldn’t give me the agreed upon pain medication even after asking me which one I wanted because she clearly judged me from the way I looked. Don’t waste your time or money on this place, especially if you are younger (20’s) because they don’t care about your opinion on your body!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Waiuku dental was awesome! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and professionalism by the friendly reception lady. I was early for my appointment and they saw me as soon as I got in. The hygienist was extremely thorough with my clean and she was very knowledgeable. Very fairly priced too! They also sent me a follow up for my next clean which was super helpful. Highly recommend Waiuku dental!
