A year ago I gave Nigel and his team at the Franklin Dental Center 5 stars when I saw them but unfortunately in a year that has changed.
It's extremely disappointing ringing your local dental experts who you've been with for many years to find out they won't see you because you're unvaccinated.
If this was a mandate rule from the government like it is for some places than that is understandable, but unfortunately this wasn't the case here.
I called to find out that they won't see all their patients because they've chosen to only see a certain group of people, and that their vaccinated clients appreciate them not seeing unvaccinated clients?
It is extremely upsetting to hear that you're discriminating and that this was your personal choice to do so.
It looks like majority of other local practices aren't discriminating though so I am thankful for those practices that have shown kindness, as I've contacted several other dental clinics in Pukekohe which are still seeing all their patients.
