★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place very helpful friendly staff help set up a plan and do measurements of your body and make a exercise program personally for starting and monitor your weight excellent equipment they will show you how to use nice showers and sauna clean and tidy 24 hour access card good joint membership prices highly recommended have other morning group classes included in the membership
