β β β β β Small motel in quiet part of South West Auckland. Doesn't look that flash but proprietors are brilliant - warm and friendly. Comfortable beds, units very clean. Great value

β β β β β The motel owner Anne seemed polite at first, she kept coming into my room without knocking, I came back from the laundry to discover her in my room questioning my friend asking if she slept in any of the beds there, although my friend stayed on couch and I did go pay for it, she warned me to stay away from one guy whom she had hired to work in her garden, He had an electronically monitored bracelet on and he was staying at the motel also. I took her opinion on board, but I make my own judgement on people as to how they treat me. I had put coins in the dryer to dry my clothes and they came out wet so I paid Gain and spoke to Anne who threw her arms up in the air And called me a silly woman, saying I had broken her dryer and went on about money to fix it. A few hours later I return to my room. Which she had entered without my permission, left a note saying the dryer was fine and a couple of coins. No apologies for the way she spoke to me. I was in tears. Very much the busybody and felt I had no privacy at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone. ?

β β β β β Very cosy. It's not 5 star however the Staff are very helpful. Our room was spacious with a separate bedroom. There is foldout bed/sofa in the kitchenette/lounge. Bench top stove and microwave made it great to have our own eat in. Very peaceful even though it is off the main road. Loved it here. Will come again.

β β β β β We have just been totally ripped off. They took our money then showed us through the grotty grounds to a smelly room with torn curtains and second hand furniture. Has not refunded us yet but I will keep pursuing. Appears to be used for emergency housing now and definitely not four star as advertised.

β β β β β It was very pleasant to stay at. The owner even left me a can of coke. She also left the room unlocked for my late arrival.
In the morning she came by to make sure that I'd had a good night and was pleased.
I did and I was. I would stay again in the future. A very happy experience.

We had 4 rooms which were very clean comfortable and catered for our large family many whom arrived in the late hours and stayed for two nights. My husband and I stayed and extra night which also allowed my family to leave much later then check out time. Heaps of parking and sheltered area. Very helpful owner. Thank you so much Ann will recommend your motel to others.

β β β β β Thank you Anne for our lovely stay this weekend. The 2 bedroom unit was just perfect for the four of us, lovely and clean, comfy beds and you were an amazing host. We would definately recommend your motel to others and will be back to stay again sometime .
