Friendly staff, good location, good customer service FAST WIFI!

I disliked this place because the room felt grotty I will never rent a room from here

Run down very poor quality and very dirty. Some of the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in.

The best thing about this place is the free wifi.

Very clean motel with super friendly staff, would higjly recommend anyone to stay here. Traffic is not a problem our unit was much quieter than we anticipated. We will definitely be back in the future, thankyou.

I stayed here for a total 3 weeks or so under emergency housing near the end of Sep 2018 . At that time alot of the tenants were welcoming and inviting so i felt ok . The conditions itself wasnt as great though . The rooms smelt stale like hidden mould .as i have respiratory issues this smell irritated me . Small bathroom and water pressure was not great . Cracked walls seeping with water from the rain and the sheets hadnt been changed as i found blood and other stains on them. I asked the housekeeper to change them when they shouldve been changed before i moved in. The housekeeper who works there wasnt as attentive as i thought she should be. I had to ask her to come change the sheets clean down the room to minimize my reaction to the smell and ended up just doing it myself . i found out she was pregnant and was quiet sick often. Then why not have someone more suitable to do the job while she recovered instead me and other tenants had to wait till she was able to work properly and ended up relying on ourselves to maintain the housekeeping in our own rooms which is fine if your paying 400 a week but i was paying $1750 top dollar courtesy of Winz waste of taxpayers money id say. The owner has a fake smile that makes you uncomfortable and her real reason for that smile is to take your money and not do anything else . Ive been asked personally to rent my room out to another visitor while IM HOMELESS i declined of course but the whole idea of asking for you to vacate so a one night visitor can occupy your room IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Ive been in 3 EH motels and all have the same morals . Ignorance , Greed and above all else Judgement towards the situations our communities face today . Yes this one was more moderately better than the other two but they lack in compassion for the people struggling out there . I left and never returned . Although my review is late its a review nonetheless .. OH JUST TO ADD IF YOU PARK YOUR CAR IN YOUR CARPARK AND COME BACK TO FIND THE HOUSEKEEPER OR OWNERS IN IT EXPECT IT BECAUSE THEY PARK WHEREVER THEY WANT NO HESITATION THERE RULES .

I've recently been placed in the family unit , there seems to be molded on the carpets aswell as the bathroom . Our toilet facility kept'ed blocking up due to poor plumbing . Apart from that friendly stuff , there was a lack of privacy for myself the first few nights .
