She efficiently removed and redid some sections of previous work, making the procedure rather complicated. I felt safe in her hands and thrilled with the result. A super lady, expert in her art. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have mixed feelings. On one hand I found the owner very professional, experienced and dedicated and enjoyed the whole experience a lot. On the other hand I’m not satisfied with the final results - hair strokes brows turned out a bit blurred, too washed out in some places and thick and lumpy in the others - like I drew them with a pencil which was not sharp enough and left pieces of the crayon in my brows. I decided for this, most expensive eyebrow option, because I was willing to pay extra for best results, but I’m disappointed and I don’t even like looking at them in the mirror. I had an extra, free correcting session, which I appreciate , but it didn’t help. I hope they’ll fade soon, otherwise I don’t know what to do :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recommend Wake Up With Make Up enough! I went in for Derma Planning and to be honest I was a little nervous! Susan and Michelle could not have been more understanding and made me feel so comfortable. The process was really enjoyable and they took the time to talk me through my skin and routine. They had such a wealth of knowledge! The clinic was gorgeous and to be honest I really didn't want to leave. I will definitely be back!

I wanted to find somewhere who knew the science around colour technology and techniques required for micro-pigmentation.
Michelle and Kirsty in my view are the best in Auckland (if not NZ) with their knowledge and experience the final product of my brows and eyeliner was perfect and just want I wanted.
Not painful at all, an all over wonderful experience. I will be highly recommending.

Well, I absolutely cannot recommend the service highly enough! I am so happy with the finished product. Michelle was attentive, careful, listened to what I wanted and explained every aspect in detail. I am thrilled with the results and love waking up every day with a perfect eyeliner finish.
