Worked with Sinthu in person and via email to arrange the perfect engagement ring and came back to organize the wedding bands. Unfortunately Sinthu was off for the day but Sumit took over and provided the same exceptional service we had already received. Will always come back here for any jewelry needs!

I wanted something really special to mark the recent passing of my mother and the seven years we spent together at the end of her life. Vesna heard exactly what I was after and kept having more stones sent to the Bayfair shop until we had exactly the right stone, the right setting, the right shape, size and even price. I have never had such good customer service from anyone before.

Whilst trying to make my decision I was assisted by Jessica, and I can give nothing but praise for her excellent skill in finding exactly what I wanted with very little to go by. She was very patient and understanding and made sure that I was well looked after from start to finish, even going the extra mile to deliver the ring personally to Otorohanga when the size I was after was not in store.
