★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To any lads out there that need help with picking a piece for your partner, go here, and ask for Judy. She made the whole experience an absolute breeze. Clearly explained the ins and outs of things, as I know nothing on the topic. Shipped the item I wanted to look at to the store for me as it was the last one in the country. I honestly couldn’t recommend Judy, and the team at Walker and Hall Newmarket, any higher. She can even help you pick a piece for yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointing service today from the lady at the store - Asked for a ring size and immediately we’re treated like second class citizens. No questions about what we were after, and as soon as we had gotten our ring sized we were abandoned for other customers.
How do you expect to retain or generate new customers if you dismiss them because you don’t think they will make you any money? Despicably greedy sales people.

She came across very passionate, professional and wasn't overbearing in any way. It was really helpful to be served by someone who clearly new their stuff and followed up in a timely manner. This has been my best experience dealing with a jewellery consultant!

I walked in without prior appointment and asked for a ring size and they were incredibly helpful despite me having no intention to purchase anything from the store. I forgot to get her name but it was a very kind middle age blonde white lady and a man named Clement O’ Connor. Both really professional and friendly and I’m really happy with their service. Half an hour prior I was downstairs waiting to be served by anyone at Micheal Hill waited for 10 minutes and nobody came to help - Maybe I don’t look like their usual demographic but at least a hello would be nice. Thanks so much for you help I really appreciate it.

She took the time to give us a quick crash course on diamonds and provided very genuine tips to ensure we got the best value for money with our exact specifications. On our journey, we didn't come across anyone that related to Judy's service and fine eye for detail. She communicated clearly and didn't rush the process, which we appreciated greatly. We visited the store numerous times and always felt heard. Thank you Judy for your amazing customer service! The lovely Odelia took a lot of time to help me choose the right replacement. After purchase she then offered to clean my existing jewellery for me as well. What a fantastic service.

I had been finding it so difficult to find someone to fix a special broken necklace of mine, but as I was walking past Walker & Hall in Westfield I made a split second decision to try my luck there. I was greeted by a really friendly woman who asked the jeweller in store if he could fix my necklace even though it wasn't purchased there. Without hesitation, the very kind man (jeweller) untangled and fixed it right then and there as a complimentary service. It was a great and unexpected experience that made my day, so I will definitely be back in the future. Genuine, easy and friendly service is hard to come by these days. I wish I remembered his name to mention here!
