I needed it a car check, when I booked an appointment the receptionist told me how much it will cost, when I left the car a week after , I was surprised when she charged me a higher price ( of course they did the check and nothing else) , when I told her the difference between the prices the unfriendly lady said that it was impossible because in their price list they don't have anything that "cheap". I said that it was her who told me that price the week before and no another person, and finally she charged me the higher price saying that maybe she was "confused" with the price of the WOF. (?)
I do not recommend them at all , or at least ask them to print the budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place definetely tried to rip me off, qouted me $1500 worth of repairs for my car included with 5-6hr of labour. in the end cost me $300 with 1hr of labour at AA. go somewhere else 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well. We had a wheel alignment today. That was definitely top. Waiting for 6 hours for it not so much after being told to bring it in at 10am. Really upset. Asked them previously to check on the front left for a knocking noise, to check our brakes as we lost the screw and had to put a temporary one in and to see if we needed a transmission service or not.
Put it bluntly I now have a free coffee at the cafe up the road, our car is still knocking, the transmission they don't know when it was last done.
Fobbed off ain't the word. 1/4 jobs done.
Test drive was pointless and the lad must be deaf as it's still whining and knocking.
Great alignment though ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, really got messed around. Was told they would get WOF done by lunch time but waited 5 hours just for them to tell me they'd run out of time and had to do it the next day. Not sure why they couldn't tell me this earlier rather than me wasting 5 hours!
My van has a kitchen bench I always have to take off for WOFs and put on the floor, this has never been an issue before. Despite checking with them multiple times if it would be okay and telling them to call me if not, they decided mid-WOF to try to rebolt it down themselves without calling me, but broke the L brackets and now the electrics don't work either. Will not go back.
Sam from customer service was actually very friendly though.

Ringing up this morning they got my car straight into the work shop as they knew I needed to get to work tomorrow. After having my car not start, a new starter motor fixed the problem. I was well informed and was great that they could carry out a service as I was over due. Cheers for your great service.
