β β β β β Jeno and Joseph were extremely friendly and helpful, I had a fantastic time! Would thoroughly recommend parasailing on this lake, it is actually very relaxing and the views are amazing.

β β β β β When we first contacted this company owner, Jeno Hezinger, we thought he was so sincere and reliable. One the sailing day, we called Jeno and he confirmed us to wait him at Wanaka Lake to proceed the parasailing. When we saw Jeno, due to the weather, he just kept replying us to wait for his confirmation to decide whether proceed or not. We waited around two hours without a definite answer.οΌActually, he only replied when we called him, he never made a proactive call to usοΌFinally, we got an answer to cancel and he promised to give a full refund, but the truth was he NEVER! After that nightmare, we had to contact our bank and credit card center a hundred times to stop the payment and waited several months to get our own payment. So please beware!!!

β β β β β The only downsides to this experience were that 1) we were in the air for only 10 minutes, and 2) our photos don't look quite like we expected based on the main image shown on the advertisement.
Besides that though, we had a good time. We were up higher in the air than we've been on any other parasailing trip, and Jeno and his assistant were very sweet. It was also pretty nice being able to essentially make our own schedule as far as when to meet with Jeno; he worked around the times that fit our vacation.
