★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communication was brilliant from booking the trip, to adjusting our charter time to work best with the weather. A very experienced Captain made the fishing trip a brilliant experience, to spite the bad weather. Jeno found us a sheltered spot away from the strong winds and rough waves. And we got plenty of bites. Caught two Trout, 3 that got away. A great fishing experience.

Jeno's years of experience as a captain showed in his directions to help us land the fish and continue to find more bites. Anyone wanting to have an enjoyable experience fishing Lake Wanaka, go with Jeno and Fish & Cruise Wanaka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great day with Jeno. Successful fishing, great sightseeing on Wanaka Lake and a fabulous walk to the crater lake and lookout on the island, Mou Waho. Jeno is knowledgeable and fun to be with. We would definitely book a day like this again and fully recommend Fish & Cruise Wanaka. Looking forward to cooking and eating our fish tonight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a sensational day. If i could give them 10 stars i would. We met our host at 7.30am at the jetty. He has a very nice 6 meter boat which i was glad to see as it was very windy and rough. The captain handled the boat in the rough wether like a real pro. We went to a fishing spit and within 10 minutes had our first fish. We fished for about an hour and a half and caught 3 rainbow trout and a 2 kg brown trout. We then went to ruby island close by where our captain cooked the brown trout. Simply delicious. A GREAT day. If you are in Wanaka THIS IS A MUST DO EXPERIENCE!
