I am a young female travelling New Zealand in my car and it has sadly been my experience that some mechanics just want to invent problems to get maximum $ from me. Auto electrical were completely Honest, they had my car for 2 hours and the error code they were given was vague, so they didn't go ahead with any work without being sure that it would definitely fix the problem. They were kind enough to give me the contact details of someone closer to Wellington, who will have the part which I most likely need. They didn't even charge me for the scan or the length of time they had my car. Can't recommend them enough to backpackers. They didn't take me for a ride and everyone I spoke to were genuinely lovely. Thank you! Let's see if I can get this distributer problem fixed in Welly ? special thank you to Dion for going over and above.
