★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AES Electrical installed a Sony audio head unit into my new Mazda Atenza that I only had for 3 weeks and they botched it. They were given the job has the car yard who we purchased the vehicle from had organised for them to install it. Now I have scratches and dents all over the left side of my dashboard and an incorrectly installed audio unit. We’re so pissed at both the car yard and AES for not helping us to rectify this. AES have lied and won’t take responsibility knowing very well that they caused the damage to our vehicle, also the guy who installed it said that we needed to upgrade the unit if we wanted to connect it to the steering wheel...Wrong!! These people are amateurs and unprofessional, have no idea what they’re doing and tell lies. Stay away from them!!! ??
