★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really, really bad service! Said wardrobes would be ready in 2 to 3 weeks upon confirmation of the job, we're now sitting at week 6 and they still can't get the wardrobes in this week. Have arranged my work days twice this week to be here for when they arrive and they haven't turned up again.
Communication is terrible, can't get hold of anyone.
Definitely would not recommend.

Jesse got back to me immediately and popped around to quote that same day - it's worth mentionging that the other companies I contacted never even responded. We're absolutely thrilled with the quality and installation of our new doors and Jesse is a total breeze to deal with, would definitely recommend the West Auckland team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a bizarre experience with the North Shore branch. They were very fast to respond to my query, arrived at the on-site consult on time and were really helpful. Then they just never came back to us. I called and emailed multiple times and never heard back. Disappointed as we would have gone with them. The whole process cost us several weeks which was a bit frustrating as we wanted it installed before a baby arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointed with Wardrobe World. Katrina came around to our home to measure up and quote us. Unfortunately the quote was never received, I followed up several weeks later via email but no reply. I needed to come home from work to meet her so it was an inconvenience.
It's now 6 weeks later and we went to Boston Wardrobes instead and they have been truly excellent and fast with communication.

We arranged 3 fixed sliding door units in our house comprising a mixture of long hanging, and short hanging space and shelves in St Heliers, which was attended to, advised on, quoted and installed with 100% perfection. Happy to provide this unqualified testimony and strongly recommended to anyone seeking very professional wardrobe solutions.

Right from the first communications Danny was both personable and helpful in designing our 4 wardrobes. I found their prices reasonable for what I was after and the quality is great. Instantiation by Danny and Simon was flawless and I am so excited to have our new wardrobe treatments in. I would highly recommend using their expertise!
