★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid if you’re using the passport photo service. Had to go back 3 times because they didn’t do them properly, and they also couldn’t email them to me, so was left with photos I couldn’t use because they have staff taking the photos who clearly don’t know how. Go somewhere else, will save you a lot of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe the worst Warehouse Stationery of them all when it comes to prining services. Service is extremely inconsistent. The only consistent thing is long waiting times and results of poor hiring decisions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to print some paper from their self service machine.But some issues happened, the machine charged me and printing task was not done. So I have to wait there for the counter service.Unfortunately I didn't feel anyone really interested to service me. They just keep ignoring me. And I ended up to receive a parking ticket from wilson carpark because of the long wait which cost me $65.
Better avoid this place, the machine is not reliable there and the staff is worse than the machine.

Had an extremely sub par experience here. Will not be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some guy called Matt, didn’t even ask my name, didn't even show the computer.
Said he hadn’t received the email for the document to be printed. I sent it three times 2:51 pm, 2:59 pm and finally 3:02 pm. He wouldn’t show the computer screen, like other Warehouse Stationary stores and wouldn’t even ask my name until the third time I sent it, he then asked “What’s it under?”.
Up till then he just said “I will let you know when it has come through”. How? When he doesn’t even know my name and he had turned off the screen?
I got a feeling he judges and then puts “certain” customers last. Perhaps those who he doesn’t deem acceptable in his narrow tiny small view of the world. Terrible Service!
