★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car park is reasonable enough but the photo shown here is pricing for a different car park. This one is $3.50 per half hour so not cheap. You will also pay a fee for paying by credit card and there's no (working) pay wave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By commenting here I need to rate at least one star, which I think Wilson don't even deserve one star rating. Have no choice to park at their space and paid one and a half hour, and late for 20mins. I have received $65 fine. There goes my morning wages gone. Well done, Wilson. Aucklander doesn't really given a choice, I believe someone will come up with a brilliant idea to beat your greedy and unfair policy to the ground.

Forget wasting your time to appeal after all the result will be the same as after 2nd appeals, you can't appeal further and be forced to pay. Inconsiderate and throat cutting car parking company; don't event deserve a single star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only Wilson car park that offers 30 minutes of free parking. However, paying for 1hr parking or more doesn't means that you get 1.5 hrs. You have to get the tickets separately. However, if you shop in The Warehouse, you can get 1hr of free parking - reimbursed by The Warehouse. Read the details on the display. Oh, don't use the ParkMate app when you park here as it doesn't recognise the 30 minutes of free parking. I've tried to complaint but it was too much hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid $24 for parking only to drive around and find that every single park is reserved apart from a very few on the top floor, which were all taken. Rang Wilson's who didn't care at all and told us to find another car parking building and we can't have a refund. Should have a sign out the front saying full if there are no public parks available. Horrible company to deal with, would NOT recommend parking with them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 65 dollar fine if you do not display a ticket even barely 10 minutes. Paid the fine and moved on but just to advice everyone to be extremely cautious in using this carpark. I hate greedy people preying on the unsuspecting victims of their unfair policies. No one should be treated like this. 65 dollars can feed a person for a week and he spends 8 hours working for it while people just take it away. I hope that justice be served to these companies for being unfair with their penalties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsure of what vehicles were intended to fit that slim carpark evidence visible to car scrapes on the turn panels I had a standard car although the parking was still too mynute and as it went up...the sign small cars only was displayed???...
hahaha!! maybe that sign would be helpful displayed at the entrance!
