β β β β β When I ordered a photo printed out A0 size, a worker there printed it, asked if I would like it rolled, I said yes but gentle please, she then proceeded to roll it aggressively crinkling it.
When she put the rubber band over it, it ripped the edge of the photo. She then quickly put her hand over the damage as if it didn't happen and tried to hand it to me.
I demanded another staff member to help and the prints to be reprinted free of charge. That next staff member was awesome and caring for the prints.

Tried searching for a simple impact punch, even a hole punch..
I'm stuck on the print page and cannot get out of it, just for the simple search command...
Just been on this website makes me go insane!!!
In the print hub page trying to go back to the shopping page....there's no link and even clicking on the logo, should of sent me to the home page.
But nothing.....dark age website

β β β β β 5 stars for the guy that helped me get my desk home, and for the guy that helped us get it to the car. Thanks so much! Friendly and willing to go extra mile. The lady on the counter 2 days prior couldn't have given a toss. Finished serving person in front of me and then just walked off without a word..and then 2 other counter staff served others while we just had to wait. Get a better queue system please and be courteous to customers. 1 star for customer service from the other staff.

β β β β β I placed an order for instore pickup on 25 Jan. I phoned on 10 Feb and was told they are processing the order. Today is 14 Feb and still no confirmation for pickup.

β β β β β I picked up pre-ordered photos today at 10:51am. On checking I discovered I had been given my photos plus photos for 2 other customers (and had been charged for them). I returned to the counter within 4 minutes and was sent by the person who originally served me to the counter where I was first served. This person then told my new cashier that I had been charged for my own photos only. However the new cashier quickly found the original transaction and reimbursed me.
The first person who served me failed miserably in the customer service role and should be retrained or removed.

β β β β β I mainly use the photo kiosk get my photos printed sorted and developed. There is always 20 minute or more wait. At times there are not enough staff on serving customers at counter or on the floor for information about products. Place is always clean and tidy and when staff are available they are always courteous and helpful. Prices in Warehouse stationery moderate prices. Few people here today good flow staff helpful.

β β β β β More often than not, when I send my printing down there they call me to say it is ready ......and they have lost it when I come to pick it up. Can't find the original email I sent and I have to go away and resend. Taking business elsewhere.

β β β β β I went there to get two paper copies of my passport, great service and it was done pretty quickly. Although I thought $2.5 for two A5 copies was a bit too much!
