★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in this afternoon with my young daughter, I needed some help so I tried to ask one of employees but this one guy was trying to ignore me, I eventually got his attention but he was so rude. I believe his name started with a M, he was a older short guy with glasses.he treated me like I was dumb. Something needs to be done about his attitude. I am disgusted he'd treat a customer like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is in a weird spot...Not worth paying someone to be in the gaming/electronic section all the time anymore I'm guessing...but when you want to buy something from that department there is literally no one at the counter anymore... I have to go elsewhere to find a staff member that can find someone that is qualified to be at that payment counter... this has happened a few times now...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store hours advertised as 9pm closing time, the security guard wasn't letting anyone in at 840 pm. Asked why and the only excuse was we are closed.
Now I understand I had all day to go to the warehouse, but I'd just come from takanini where the shelves were bare.
I'll be having a big steamy dump in your public toilet next time I get the chance just for that!
Not really good enough guys... ? update your hours on Google, it's what everybody goes by and it's where I'm writing you a terrible review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does anyone at the warehouse actually pick up the phone? My items have been delivered to the store for 5 days now. Twice I've gotten a message from the warehouse saying my items are ready for collection but still, its only half my order! Its baiting and frustrating!!!! No one has collected the items devilvered to the store and put them in my order. Had to pick up my order half collected even though the items are at the store!!! I can't tell you how many times I've called them and no one picks up. Once someone has picked up over 2 weeks. I am so discouraged from shopping here. I receive little to no correspondence and not to mention I'm the one out of pocket now. If I could give ZERO Stars I would.

Normally I wouldn't mind, but today I needed more personalised service. Consequently I had to leave my products behind. Otherwise store was staffed well, was clean and organised.
