★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a direct go at the staff but rather the setup.I wanted a customised coffee mug,simple enough,but needed to bring in what I wanted printed out on a usb stick.Ok I'm old, so I ask what the hell is a usb stick?.It allows u to download stuff from your computer she says,BUT I don't have a computer nor a bldy usb stick.End result is I can't actually go to the desk and ask for assistance or some one on one help as "that's not the way the system works"
