★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As with all Warehouse Stationary outlets, it’s a generally dull experience.
You never go when you feel like it. You go because you have to.
There’s never any browsing. You just wander in and grab the item you need. And for the that, it gets some stars.
On the downside; The wait times at the queue are always longer than they should be. And none of the other customers ever seem to be even remotely attractive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bloody useless would never deal with warehouse again service is poor 10 days later still waiting can't ring no body answers finally talk to someone had to ask if they were a robot said will be in store 3 days ago numerous calling emailing to be told someone will contact within 24 to 48 hours had to keep ringing now I've had to get on Facebook to make some contact now could be another week just disgusting the customer care and false advertising 3 to 5 days how long do u want me to wait 10 days is very patient and now still no urgency to sort

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far one of the most outstanding customer service I have seen in a long time. First day coming out of Level 3 into level 2.5 and to end the day here was the absolute highlight of my day.
The staff were very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and very considerate of their customers.
They paid special attention to each and every customer even going past their closing time to ensure that my needs were met. Thank you all so much.
Keep up the amazing service.
