★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A month a go I tried to get tokens and no tokens came out I was using my aussie westpac card...next day I checked my account noticed cw $10.50 debit rung up on the Monday back at the car wash the owner politely said it wasn't him I then realised it was chemist warehouse lol... he was 2 minutes away and decently gave me $10 of tokens for free...what a dude just like to thank him and his business wash zone in pukekohe big thanks and acknowledgement for his generosity...awesome work ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use this place to wash ~4 of my cars and I was very happy initially, and still am pretty happy with the place. Grateful to have a self wash place in Pukekohe finally.
Only thing I guess that I'm not as happy with is - originally $2 token got you 2:20, now its only 2:00. And also the transition of the system between different modes is upwards of 10 seconds, meaning you lose up to 10-20 seconds per token in just waiting for the pumps to get through to the next chemical... Plus the middle undercover bay seems to turn off at approx 4 seconds from 0, not a major obviously but just a bit annoying, not getting full value for money.
Otherwise does a good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used this for the first time, and has completely ruined the paint job on my brand new truck. I used the self service option. With the foaming brush. And it left swirling scratches all over. Yes these things are "use at your own risk" but you would not expect it to do the damage I've experienced.
