★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars 1 for the driver of the truck and 1 for the lovely Reena whom first took my call. Apart from that the person I spoke to today laila tryed to con me out of an extra 20 bucks on the day.
To the powers that be she stressed me out WITH her bullying and indecisive antics.sack her and i may order from you again????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They fail at the most basic jobs which is emptying out your rubbish bin. We were BRAND NEW CUSTOMERS and they took our money and NEVER provided service even ONCE. On 4 different occasions they said within 1 week of having our bin, we were constantly LIED too!!! Even by their own supervisor. They should be reported to the consumer rights tribunal!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never picked up on time. Horrible service. Cancelled my service because “too hard” for driver, yet they initially said it was ok. Customer service was useless, and they still haven’t picked my bin up after they cancelled it over a month before. Highly not recommended.
Agree with poor rating comments below for sure. I experienced the same problem.
Flexi-bin removal was a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Using them for a project. Request was made Monday night to have a full skip replaced with empty one, contact was made late Tuesday to find that the job was never logged.
Finally had the full slip removed on the Wednesday but no empty one was delivered.
Now mid day Thursday and still no skip, scaffolding over flowing with waste material waiting.
Project comes to a completely halt tomorrow without a means of disposal.
A decade in the trade, and have never had this kind of disruption. Will never use again
