★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a bit to get set up, but since then they are have been great at pick up and even had the driver wait for me as I was bringing my bin out a bit late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even bother with them for residential use. Took three really long phone calls to set up and then two more to finally get the bin. Now we have the bin, it hasn't been picked up. I put it out the night before collection and was told that the driver said it was not out, basically telling me that I'm lying.
