We collect New Zealanders’ waste, recycle and reuse as much as we can, then safely dispose of what’s left in our modern, engineered landfills. There we capture over 90% of the landfill gas produced and convert it to electricity to feed back into the national grid. This helps power our growing electric truck fleet, which collects your waste.

β β β β β I should have read the reviews before signing up. Rubbish not collected on several occasions. Their response is to say the bin is not out, when the bin has been sitting on the sidewalk for the last week straight. I even watched the truck drive right by the bin during lockdown.

β β β β β Pay as you go needs to updated. It is terrible.
I tried to change the size of my bin through customer services and was told it needs to be done via pay as you go app. It can't be done can only order more bins. So I went and cancelled it. Took almost a week for them to email back. Once the bin was gone. My account was still taking money out now I have to wait another week for an email back. Terrible services.

β β β β β Have not had my bin collected twice in a row. Rang them to find out if perhaps there was an issue with my account. Problem is I can't get hold of anyone. No one answers the phone. They really need to redo their menu. Its awful!
Otherwise have normally never had an issue. In the past they were better with the customer service but at the moment it's impossible to talk to anyone.

β β β β β I have just edited my review. Because although this company have been good for the most part..this year they have increased my rate twice within 3ths times pan. From $28.50pm to $30.75 this year Feb 2022. They now want to increase again 25% so now I look at alternatives as this is not right in my mind. I would expect once a year raises but not every few months!! Really disappointed with this tactic.
Stealing food out of my kids mouth is all I see. And as a solo parent this makes me so disheartened. Stop with the increases. Please.

β β β β β Worst service ever. I have signed up 2 weeks before Christmas and since then they did not collect my green waste. Called them today and spoke with a person only to be put on hold and itβs been 40 minutes and counting
