β β β β β Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, paid for the bin but it wasn't delivered when we ordered it. Couldn't gethold of them to pick up when full. Definitely NOT recommended

β β β β β I put my bin out just as the truck was coming down the road and then I saw it come back on the other side of the road. Rang up the depo and the truck came back to pick it up a minute later. Bloody legend

β β β β β Payment scheme is terrible once a month instead of being able to pay weekly or fortnightly. Also ripping customers off as they put the price per month down to $15 but are still charging $25.50 per month for most customers unless "they ring in and say they cost too much".

β β β β β Hopeless. If they cant figure out how to collect a bin on the day they are scheduled to because of their incompetence and wont return to collect it then why is this company operating..!?
Waste collection. A scam run by a bunch of hopeless, rude and smug clowns that have no idea of what good customer service is!
The fact that Chinese companies own Waste Management, Envro Waste and a few other NZ waste companies they are all as bad as eachother.

β β β β β I manage the Elite Fitness here in Palmy and have just signed up with Evirowaste thanks to the exceptional service from Robyn Curtis. She was so quick with getting back to us with the quote and all the other info we needed that it was an easy choice, (The other company I inquired with took two weeks to even call back). Thanks again Robyn, it's been a pleasure : )

β β β β β After I was given a quote by Rubbish Removal who never turned up or called.., even though he knew I needed the help because my husband had had a stroke. I called these guys. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and everything happened as scheduled. We now have a bin collected weekly and it will take almost a year to reach the amount quoted by the "person" who didn't have the manners to even bother suggesting getting a bin in because he was never going to bother in the first place.

β β β β β Very unhelpful and unprofessional. I had to chase them up every month to pay my bill because of errors on their end with taking payment. When I asked about other payment methods, they were very unhelpful and only offered the original payment method that they kept having errors with.
